Anna Maria Island welcomes you to step back in time and enjoy smiling faces, gentle waters and silver sands. Palm and Pines provide the shade, (not high-rises) to our beaches and quaint villages. Fine and casual dining and wonderful breakfasts-lunch-dinner on the beach at the "CAFE". Entertainment too!
Alamanda Villa is a mediterranean style villa welcoming you to the Gulf side of Anna Maria Island right at the Beach.
Our Villa is a family run intimate size villa of only 8 units proudly offering some of the largest and best decorated apartments in the area. Completely equipped kitchens with Microwaves and dishwashers etc. Ruffles and comforters dress twins or queen size beds. Sliding glass doors and large windows make for bright sun laden rooms. Our living rooms are spacious with queen size sleeper sofas and roomy dinette areas. As the apartments are about 800 sq. ft. there is plenty of room to add a cot or crib.
Ground floor apartments have tropically landscaped private courtyards to enjoy morning coffees or after dinner aperitifs.
Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico you will find two large split level decks to sunbathe, view dolphins or amazing sunsets.
LOCATION - Directly on the Gulf
20 minutes by car from Sarasota Airport (via US 41-Cortez).
50 minutes by car from Tampa International (via 275-Manatee).
